Active and passive stretches to help improve tightness, range of motion and flexibility in your shoulders and upper back.

A yoga mat, yoga blocks and yoga band would be ideal, but you can definitely improvise with books, tins, jumpers, shirts etc.

Please ensure you have completed a thorough warmup before attempting and only ever push to the point of discomfort, never pain. (as mentioned in the video, Wild & Kat’s handstand series are great to do alongside this!)
