This is a slightly different video, mainly designed to inspire your own home workouts rather than act as a full on workout. I hope everyone can learn something from this video as it is more informative than usual. Just 45 seconds of each exercise, performed once, with plenty of pointers throughout. Can be repeated if needed.
Warm up and cool down not included so make sure to take part in one of our warm ups and cool downs before attempting this session to avoid injury, get the most out of your workout and feel great.
No equipment needed but a mat or soft surface will be comfortable and a resistance band just above the knees will make this workout even more intense.
