THERE’S NO ESCAPING THE SQUAT CHALLENGE! Strength & Conditioning fam will already be familiar with this challenge…progressive sets of squatting movements to get your quads and glutes firing, pre-exhausting the muscles before holding a static position to include some quality time under tension for some of the largest muscles in your body. It’s gonna hurt GOOD 🤤 You can either build up to the full challenge, pausing the video where you need to, or do it multiple times depending on your level of strength and also level of masochism 😂
