Our instructor team are experienced in adapting their teaching for different students with different accessibility needs. We strive to be as inclusive and accessible as possible so please do get in touch so we can discuss how to best meet your specific needs.

I’m pregnant, can I still attend classes?

Congratulations! It's important to keep up fitness when you are pregnant but it's advised to adjust to a maintenance-only routine and avoid learning new things. Only certain instructors on the team are qualified and insured to teach pregnant people so please get in touch so we can let you know which instructors/classes are suitable. Non-instructed open training sessions are still fine to attend.

What is your gender policy?

Our space is designed with the intention of being inclusive and supportive of all women-identifying individuals as well as non-binary and gender non-conforming people who feel comfortable and connected to such a space.

Our gym is women led and aims to center around the lived experience of women while remaining open and inclusive to other marginalized folk.

I identify as a man, can I come to classes?

Our space isn’t suitable for men as our primary goal is to create a safe space for women however men are welcome to book private sessions outside of our regular opening hours which can be booked by emailing info@sirenasylum.com.

I don’t identify as a woman or a man, can I attend classes?

We welcome any person that identifies and connects with a ‘women-aligned’ space that centers women and their experiences and we leave this up to the individual student to decide. We appreciate this environment may not be suited all non-binary or gender non-conforming folk though so please feel free to get in touch if you’re unsure or want to ask any questions!

We do not let anyone into classes that isn’t taking part in the classes themselves as we find this distracts the other students however carers are welcome to wait in the reception or mezzanine area.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes! We love having puppers at the studio - just let in know in advance via email to info@sirenasylum.com so we can let your instructor know and also make sure there aren’t any reactive doggos or people with phobias attending at the same time

Is there somewhere to park at the studio?

Yes! We have plenty of free on-site parking right outside the studio!
