Designed to raise the heart rate, get the blood flowing and encourage you all to keep moving even during lockdown!

This advanced HIIT workout doesn’t include a progression or regression for every exercise to keep the tempo fast so is for those of you used to my style of workouts AND/ OR know how to modify exercises to your level when needed.

Includes warm up and cool down.

No equipment needed but a mat or soft surface will be comfortable for push ups on the knees.
