Designed to raise the heart rate, get the blood flowing and encourage you all to keep moving even during lockdown!

This advanced HIIT workout doesn’t include a progression or regression for every exercise to keep the tempo fast so is for those of you used to my style of workouts AND/ OR know how to modify exercises to your level when needed e.g. normal squats instead of jump squats, keeping one foot on the ground at all times for high knees.

Includes warm up and cool down.

No equipment needed but a mat or soft surface will be comfortable for push ups on the knees.
