Hip tightness is a common problem that often leads to incorrect form and therefor injury. Back mobility is another common problem, especially with the sedentary lifestyles most of us lead. This video can be used as a warm up or cool down with other Siren Experience videos, or done on it’s own to encourage mobility and correct form in the gym, aerial and on the pole.
