The standard pole climb is a great exercise in strength building, control and conditioning, and can be broken down into 3 separate moves. In this tutorial suitable for either those starting to learn how to climb up to those able to climb but looking for a challenging workout, I will go through these 3 stages as ‘drills’ to be repeated as stand alone exercises.
