Designed to work the gluteals, get the blood flowing and encourage you all to keep moving even during lockdown!

Warm up and cool down not included so make sure to take part in one of our warm ups and cool downs before attempting this session to avoid injury, get the most out of your workout and feel great.

No equipment needed but a mat or soft surface will be comfortable for push ups on the knees. A resistance band just above the knees will make this workout even more intense.
