“Ways to Get up From the Floor Without Looking Like You’d Honestly Rather Just Stay Down There”

Often we can end up feel awkward getting up from the floor after a spin or a move, or just end up doing the same thing every time…or even just giving up and crawling away from the pole for a nice sit-down…so I thought I’d do a little series of tutorials offering a variety of ways to bring yourself up from the floor that encourage flow and continual movement.

This second tutorial focusses on a lunge up to A-stance with a little twiddle, suitable for all levels, as well as the option to learn a move to put before and after to make it into a combo!

Also included are a few style variations to help you adapt the movement according to the style of song you’re dancing to or just your own personal preference!
