Filmed in the front garden as grass seed is down in the back 😂 This does need a fair bit of space and height (think hands outstretched above your head whilst on tiptoes to check you have clearance!)

I also feel less scared on grass coz soft.

This is NOT about going as high as you can in a handstand! This is about learning to bail out of them in a way you have down as second nature over time.

This will then in time help you stay safe as you train them freestanding!

Stick to a height you’re super secure with!

Press into whichever arm feels natural to tip yourself down to the side. Building up taking one hand off the floor in cartwheel style.

Trainers are good to help soften any landing, but don’t kick up high off the floor until you’re secure and light in the landing!
